• When you explicitly instruct us (opt-in) to forward your application to another lender that may be able to help you in the event one of our approved lenders out of five are unable to offer you a loan that meets your needs.
• With companies involved in the loan process such as appraisers or title companies.
• As required by law.

  WE SEND YOU COMMUNICATIONS:

• During the loan process as necessary to complete the transaction.
• To assist you with your debt management or recommend our Affiliates’ products, which you may opt-out of when your first open an account or anytime you receive the Home Helper Mortgage Services email by clicking on the unsubscribe link.

  WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION:

• Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing any personal information transmitted to or from Home Helper Mortgage Services.
• By limiting access to your personal information to only those authorized parties that have a "need to know".
• By requiring all employees to pass a training course on privacy and sign a privacy pledge.
